Hunter Valley Reserve Fume 2014 wine is made from our Hayshed Block Semillon and McCormick’s Sauvignon Blanc.

 Appearance:                      Pale straw with hints of green.

 Nose:                                     Intense aromas of citrus, passionfruit and freshly cut grass with hints of toast and grilled nuts. Dry white wine, made from Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Barrel ferment on solids in older French hogsheads gives the Fume a subtle smoked character and palate

 Palate:                                  This is an intriguing wine that balances youthful fresh and lively characteristics with the added palate weight and complexity of a barrel fermented wine.

 Cellaring:                            5-8 years

 Serve:                                   5 – 8 ° C
